Welcome to Good Roots Work, operated by Cavalry Scout Pty Ltd. These Terms apply to your use of our public website and tools, including the free CAA Policy Management utility.
By using Good Roots Work, you agree to these terms.
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Good Roots Work.
1.2. Public tools: The CAA Policy Management tool is available without creating an account. Future tenant or subscription features, if offered, may require separate registration and terms.
1.3. You agree not to use Good Roots Work for illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with applicable laws.
2.1. Good Roots Work provides public DNS security tooling. The CAA tool performs DNS lookups for domains you submit and may initiate Domain Connect flows with your DNS provider when you choose to deploy a policy.
2.2. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any DNS changes through your DNS provider’s Domain Connect interface.
2.3. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of Good Roots Work or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
2.4. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to the Privacy Policy].
3.2. By using Good Roots Work, you grant us the right to collect and process data related to your usage of the platform.
3.3. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes.
4.1. All content and materials provided on Good Roots Work, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, are the property of Cavalry Scout Pty Ltd or its licensors.

5.1. Public tools on goodroots.work are currently offered without charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, separate pricing and billing terms will apply.

6.2. We do not warrant that Good Roots Work will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
7.1. In no event shall Cavalry Scout Pty Ltd or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
8.1. We may suspend access to the site or tools if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for disputes arising from use of Good Roots Work.
